Terms and conditions for the use of The Small WEB Site Company’s, Internet Services, HTML E-Mail advertising, HTML News Letter services or any other service supplied by The Small WEB Site Company.

The Small WEB Site Company will not knowingly allow any information to be published that can be considered pornographic or racially abusive.
The Small WEB Site Company will remove any information published though it’s systems that can be considered pornographic or racially abusive.
The customer must supply the following information about their customers whom they intend to send HTML E-Mail advertising or HTML News Letters (E-Mail marketing) to.
E-Mail address;
First name;
Last name; and
Company name if applicable.

The Small WEB Site Company will not sell or use a customer’s E-Mail list for any purpose other than the purpose the list was supplied to The Small WEB Site Company for.
No customer will be able to use another customers E-Mail list.
Any advertising sold on a customer’s News Letter by The Small WEB Site Company will be divided 60% to The Small WEB Site Company and 40% to the customer. I.e. For a customer with a list of 1000 E-Mail addresses advertising will be charged at $20.00 per 1000, so The Small WEB Site Company will receive $12.00 and the customer will receive $8.00.
Any advertising revenue on a customer News Letter, where the customer arranged the advertising will be the customers’ revenue.
The Small WEB Site Company will where ever possible supply the customer with the most cost effective solution to the customers Internet or Marketing Problems.
All Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date the quotation was supplied to the customer.
The Small WEB Site Company reserves the right to place the following information on any publication The Small WEB Site Company creates or publishes for a customer and link it to The Small WEB Site Company's Website:
