  • The customer must supply the following information about their customers whom they intend to send HTML E-Mail advertising or HTML News Letters (E-Mail marketing) to.
    • E-Mail address;
    • First name;
    • Last name; and
    • Company name if applicable.
  • The Small WEB Site Company will not sell or use a customer’s E-Mail list for any purpose other than the purpose the list was supplied to The Small WEB Site Company for.
  • No customer will be able to use another customers E-Mail list.
  • Any advertising sold on a customer’s News Letter by The Small WEB Site Company will be divided 60% to The Small WEB Site Company and 40% to the customer. I.e. For a customer with a list of 1000 E-Mail addresses advertising will be charged at $20.00 per 1000, so The Small WEB Site Company will receive $12.00 and the customer will receive $8.00.
  • Any advertising revenue on a customer News Letter, where the customer arranged the advertising will be the customers’ revenue.
  • The Small WEB Site Company will where ever possible supply the customer with the most cost effective solution to the customers Internet or Marketing Problems.
  • All Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date the quotation was supplied to the customer.
  • The Small WEB Site Company reserves the right to place the following information on any publication The Small WEB Site Company creates or publishes for a customer and link it to The Small WEB Site Company's Website:
    • This News Letter was created and distributed by The Small WEB Site Company.
    • This Website was created and is administered by The Small WEB Site Company.
    • The HTML Add was created and distributed by The Small WEB Site Company.
  • The Small WEB Site Company without notice may change or add to the terms and conditions listed above.
